About project

Credify is an Australian company that helps clients to build a holistic picture of their current income, expenses and debt obligations. The result is a report with possible scenarios for optimising the credit load.

Brokers used to generate reports manually, but now the company decided to create a system that could automate this task.

Task

Based on the requirements passed on, I needed to design a partition interface:

Customer profile

Creating a client

Clients can be exported from the СRM or added manually via a web form. The minimum required information about the head of household is filled in here.

Household

The first step adds information about working and dependent family members.

Bank data

For accurate analytics, you can pull data from banks through a third-party integration service.

Income

For each working family member, the income for the year is entered by category. The tax rate and the list of categories are set by the administrator.

Expenses

Expenses are counted for the whole family without a breakdown.

Assets

Assets are divided into protected and unprotected. For each type of asset, the administrator can set additional attributes.

Liabilities

In the loan table, details of repayments, interest rate, etc. are filled in.

Dashboard

The last step displays a dashboard of key indicators. The chart shows overall wealth, which is expressed as the difference between assets and debts.

Scenarios

After completing the profile, the broker can model different debt repayment scenarios. The table and graph compares AS IS and TO BE.

Navigation

The profile consists of seven steps that the broker needs to complete one by one. Adjustments may be made during the filling process, so it is important to give the possibility to return to the steps already filled in, while showing the progress.
